Can the bench fit under the bed?

Yes, that is what is unique about our bench – it is designed to fold flat and fit under the bed.

An important note on maximum weight ratings

This bench has been tested to well over 500kg, and with the way the British Safety Standard (BS EN ISO 20957-2013) works this means the manufacturer has rated it to 200kg total weight, including the user. This latter figure may seem relatively low, but note the safety standard is very conservative. It states that the equipment must be able to hold 2.5x the maximum rated weight (200 x 2.5 = 500). Many brands state their absolute maximum weight as 'maximum rated weight', which is incorrect and dangerous as they are not including any safety factor.
