Duties & Taxes: Included in the price. Outside the UK, Europe, USA, and Canada, duties and taxes will be assessed post-purchase. Coverage for most countries is available, but if duties and taxes exceed 10%, you may be asked to cover the excess.

Shipping Time:

• If all parts and accessories are in stock, dispatch is often the next day.
• If not in stock, dispatch may take up to 12 weeks. We produce high-quality products in small quantities, not mass-producing or holding large stock.

Headboards: Made-to-order in the UK, usually within a week. For orders outside the UK, headboards ship only with the bed and cannot be shipped separately.

Delivery Holding: Orders can be held until you're ready for delivery. Ordering early is advised to avoid delays

Delivery Times:

• UK: Approximately 2 days.
• North America, Europe, and some other regions: Approximately 10 days via FedEx air freight.
• Australia, New Zealand, and Africa: Longer delivery times via ocean freight. Air freight is available at an additional cost.

Does it come with a barbell or weight plates?

Barbell and weight plates are not included and can be added to your cart separately on the 'Shop > Accessories' page.

Yes, global shipping is included in the price and shipped by FedEx AirFreight to North America and by land in Europe.

Is any assembly required?

Yes, it is a flat-packed product which comes with branded tools and a thorough assembly manual.

Does the bench fit under the bed?

Yes, the bench can fold flat and fits fully under the bed.

Can I fit more than one Barbell Storage on to The Full Monty?

Yes, you can have a maximum of 2 Barbell Storage brackets on every PIVOT, one on each side. However, the barbells that you use cannot exceed the length of your chosen bed (mattress).

Is a headboard included?

Headboards are not included with PIVOT or any package, and can be ordered separately in the Shop section of our website.
