Shipping Time:

• If all parts and accessories are in stock, dispatch is often the next day.
• If not in stock, dispatch may take up to 12 weeks. We produce high-quality products in small quantities, not mass-producing or holding large stock.

Headboards: Made-to-order in the UK, usually within a week. For orders outside the UK, headboards ship only with the bed and cannot be shipped separately.

Delivery Holding: Orders can be held until you're ready for delivery. Ordering early is advised to avoid delays

• North America, Europe, and some other regions: Approximately 10 days via FedEx air freight.
• Australia, New Zealand, and Africa: Longer delivery times via ocean freight. Air freight is available at an additional cost.

What is included in The Strength package?

The Strength package includes the PIVOT Bed, Power Rack with pull-up bar, j-hooks and dip bars.

Does it come with a barbell or weight plates?

A barbell and weight plates are not included with the Strength package. They would need to be added to your order from the 'Shop > Accessories' section of our website.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes, free global shipping is included. Duties & Taxes are also included in the price. If you are outside of the UK, Europe, USA and Canada, we will assess the Duties & Taxes for your country/region after purchase and let you know if we can cover it inclusively. Most countries are covered but if Duties & Taxes combined are larger than 15% we may ask you to cover some excess.

What kind of warranty or guarantee comes with it?

All PIVOT branded products come with a 25-year guarantee.

Are accessories from other brands compatible?

Generally, yes. This is a generic compatibility question relating to metric versus imperial equipment. Our equipment is metric. Almost all 3x3" / 5/8" hole imperial accessories will fit the PIVOT Power Rack.

How much space is required for PIVOT?

Is any assembly required?

Yes. PIVOT is a flat-packed product and requires you to follow a list of simple steps which should take you half a day to assemble.

Can I fit more than one Barbell Storage on to the bed?

Yes, you can have a maximum of 2 Barbell Storage brackets on every PIVOT, one on each side. However, the barbells that you use cannot exceed the length of your chosen bed (mattress).

Is a headboard included with the Strength package?

Headboards are not included with PIVOT or any package, and can be ordered separately in the Shop section of our website.
