Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at orders@pvt.fit. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless we determine that we are at fault for an order error or product defect.

Our e-commerce platform, Shopify, does not refund their payment processing fees nor currency exchange fees. Their payment processing fee is 2%, and their FX fee is around 2.7%. Any refunds we make to our customers will therefore not include these fees, unless we have made a gross error and in this scenario we will incur the fees. Missing our shipping estimate is not an example of a gross error and if you choose to cancel you will be foregoing the fees.
