At PIVOT, we stand behind our products with a comprehensive 25-year limited warranty that covers both materials and workmanship.

Simply put, if you encounter any issues with one of our products that you believe are not due to misuse, we're here to help. Just reach out to us, and we'll collaborate with you to swiftly resolve the matter. To streamline this process, we may request photographic or video evidence of the issue, so it's a good idea to check if you can provide this documentation before contacting us. If you've accidentally damaged a product through improper use, don't worry – we can still assist you by offering replacement parts at the most reasonable prices.

Exceptions to our standard warranty include:

  1. Gas struts, which come with a 2-year warranty as specified by the manufacturer. This shorter duration is due to their versatile usage in various conditions and environments, including outdoor settings.

  2. Headboards are not covered under our warranty, but we can facilitate communication with the manufacturer in case of any issues.

  3. Our PIVOT Impact Resistant Mirror is crafted from polycarbonate, which is highly durable but more susceptible to scratches compared to glass. Scratches are not covered by our warranty unless reported within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend avoiding abrasive cleaning products to maintain its quality.

Our warranty terms do not extend to damage caused by:

  • Improper use
  • Normal wear and tear, scrapes and scratches
  • Improper assembly
  • Neglecting maintenance
  • Unauthorised alterations
  • Misuse
  • Negligence
