We ship PIVOT domestically in the UK and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times and costs depend on your location or where you want your order to be shipped. If you live down the street in London, you'll receive much faster than if you live in Hawaii or New Zealand.

If your country is not featured in the above list, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to arrange shipment to your country. We will advise if there will be additional shipping charges to your area.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zenith Pivotal Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
